EUREKA, Ill. — The Iowa Wesleyan volleyball team suffered a tough loss to Eureka College in its final regular season game on Wednesday night. The Tigers fell in five sets (17-25, 25-14, 26-24, 15-25).
Iowa Wesleyan was led by Malieokekai DeMate, who had 12 kills and 19 igs.. Lezar'Rhea Burnside finished with 10 kils. Lindsay Fernandes had 15 digs and 15 assists, and Leamaris Fuentes finished with 15 digs and 14 assists.
The Tiger women finished the regular season at 1-13. They will take on Westminstser College in the SLIAC quarterfinals on Saturday in Fulton, Missouri.
